Serato & Roland Announce Partnership
Serato announces a new partnership with Roland, a world leader in music hardware.
Serato and Roland are joining forces to create something truly unique and that will redefine what it means to be a DJ. Drawing on the combined experience of both companies, this shared vision will be realised in a special announcement on "909 Day" (September 9th).

With Pioneer's move into Serato's space in the Dj software world, we expected Serato to make some moves of their own. Serato as the leading DJ software maker and Pioneer as the worlds leading Dj hardware maker have collaborated a lot in the past and Pioneer products were usually the first to be integrated with upates of the Serato software. With Pioneer launching the its Rekordbox Live software which directly rivals Serato DJ, we expect Serato's relationship with Pioneer to change.
We have no clue as to if this new partnership has anything to do with Pioneer or even DJ software/hardware but this is what we anticipate.
